Factory tour was very entertaining and there were many machines to touch and excited colors and views. The beer is not very good but that is just my personal preference, the tour is also self guided and ends with a giant gift shop. There is also a cafe and the gravity bar on the top floor. Very fun for families or students.

Absolutely brilliant brewery experience. There was 7 floors of interactive facts about Guinness. There was even a free tasting room where a tour guide would describe the different tastes and aromas that Guinness gives. They had a lovely cafe which serves good coffee and food at very reasonable prices too. They also had a well stocked gift shop. The rooftop bar at the top is phenomenal and you get some great views of the city too. Would really recommend this brilliant place. I spent 2hours there but you could easily spend longer.

This iconic attraction offers a captivating journey into the history and brewing process of the world-famous Guinness beer. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, showcasing the rich heritage and legacy of Guinness. The self-guided tour takes you through several interactive and informative exhibits, including the ingredients used, the brewing techniques, and the iconic Guinness advertising campaigns. The highlight of the visit is the Gravity Bar, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Dublin while savoring a complimentary pint of freshly poured Guinness. It’s already known as a “must-do” when visiting Dublin, and definitely worth the hype and should be visited! The self-guided tour is informative, enjoyable and the free Guinness is just the cherry on top. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide some great insight into the production of ‘The Black (or dark red) Stuff! The views from the top are just amazing on a clear day!!

Recently, I hit up the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, and it was straight-up epic. The place is seven floors of pure Guinness magic, with each level bringing a new piece of the Guinness puzzle to life. You get a dose of history, a peek at their killer ad game, and the lowdown on how they make the world's best stout. It's like stepping into a time machine that lands you right in the heart of Guinness's world. But the coolest part? Learning to pour the perfect pint. A legit Guinness expert showed us the ropes, and by the end, I was certified to pour like a pro. Sipping on my own pour in the Gravity Bar with that epic Dublin view was next-level. This place is a tribute to Irish culture and a lesson in craftsmanship, with a side of killer views and vibes. The staff was rad, and you could tell they were all about sharing their love for Guinness. The whole experience made me appreciate the brand's history, its commitment to quality, and its role in communities. Whether you're a beer nerd or just looking for a memorable time in Dublin, the Guinness Storehouse is the ultimate spot.

Probably the top thing to do in Dublin, the Guinness Storehouse is where it's namesake beer is produced. I'd definitely recommend buying your ticket in advance to get a time you want. There are a couple of options to choose from, including the Stoutie, which allows you to get a pint with your picture on top. The tour itself is self guided and you can wander through at your own leisure. There is lots of walking and some stairs involved. Towards the top is the free pint with a view overlooking Dublin. It's the highlight of course. At the bottom is a massive gift shop with anything Guinness related stuff you can imagine. Definitely a must even if not a big beer fan.

Had the pleasure of visiting after the holidays. Lovely place with seven floors of history and information. Sadly, it is self guided, and because of the large number of visitors, it's a bit chaotic. But it had a nice Cafe on one of the floors with beautiful pastries. The restrooms were small and wait time was about 5-10 minutes. They offered other experiences like a printed picture on a pint but were not available to everyone due to how busy it was. Once you got to level 7, the gravity room was packed, and there was very little standing room to enjoy your pint of Guinness. The shop had a huge selection of gifts and souvenirs at a decent price. Out of all the tours, this was my least favorite, but it was a nice e experience.

Im not a fan of beef or Guinness and didn’t want to go. To make my friend happy. I went and this was the most surprising experience and we loved it. I’d recommend booking tickets ahead of time. It sells out fast and you can’t buy them on site. We got the basic tour and added a drink. The whole museum and very digital and interactive, which was so surprising. We loved everything about it and took tons of pictures and videos. The coolest thing is probably the water show that makes Guinness glasses and other things. We then went for lunch and used our drinks tickets. You can drink as you do the tour, which is fun. We also took pictures on the top floor with the view.

It’s the most visited attraction in Ireland for a reason! Yes, the ticket is pricey, but for this one-time experience, I would say it’s worth it. Very cool tour inside with about seven floors. We got the most basic ticket and enjoyed it a lot!Pro tip: when we went to book online, the earliest time slot was 6:30PM; we wanted to go earlier, so we tried our luck and entered an hour early anyway and it was a success! They only scanned our tickets and didn’t pay attention to the time so if you’re wanting to come earlier than the time you bought for, you should try your luck :)

Honestly I wasn’t not expecting to enjoy my visit to the Guinness Storehouse as much as I did. I’m not an avid Guinness drinker but even as someone who wasn’t particularly interested in stouts/beers I genuinely found my experience here to be fascinating. The first floor of the storehouse is by far the most beautiful floor. There’s a beautiful water feature and a very cool forest section too.Finding out about the process was quite interesting and it was very cool seeing the Guinness harp.Entry to the storehouse gains you a free drink from one of the bars, I would recommend going right to the top to experience a bird’s eye view on Dublin. The gift shop also has a large variety of items.

It was a really good experience! We were welcomed by musicians (amazing cover Happy). I gathered some interesting Guinness beer facts. Despite of crowded Galaxy Bar (it was Saturday), we had wonderful time there. Good amount of Guinness beer and Apa (you can choose another one). I highly recommend this place during visit in Dublin.

Wonderful, wonderful time spent in the Guinness building! History with fun, good organization and excellent set up. The pint of Guinness in the gravity bar is so worth it! The view is phenomenal and the beer is so fresh and smooth! They have a parking that is only for Guinness guests and it is only a block from the building - so convenient!Highly recommend getting tickets in advance and getting there at least 10 mins before the tour start as there are lines forming. We had fun!

Worth a visit even if you’re not a big beer drinker. They also have a coffee shop and a variety of other drinks. And the history and processing of Guinness is very interesting. The basic tour includes a tasting. It was so smooth and palatable with the hints of coffee and chocolate.

The Guinness Storehouse is an incredible journey through the rich history of Guinness brewing. It provides a captivating glimpse into the art and science of creating this iconic beverage. As you ascend to the top, the panoramic views of Dublin from the Gravity Bar are nothing short of spectacular, making it the perfect backdrop to savor a freshly poured pint of Guinness while taking in the city's beauty.

we thought we were late for the Guinness tour, but then we realize that it was actually a self guided tour. Once you step in to the entrance, you will come across an audio tour that will help you with the introductory of the Guinness storehouse. It was actually a really fun experience because we got to try out a couple of pints and even take pictures of ourselves and print it on the pint. We then went to a small tour that took only 10 minutes for the wait time and then eventually we went into this white room, and got shots of different flavours of the Guinness pint overall amazing experience, and I would love to go again.

A lovely classic experience. I would have loved to have a larger tasting sample. I did really enjoy the isolation of the aromas in the tasting room. I loved the unique facts that make Guinness so special- 232 Celsius. There was a lot of people which sometimes made viewing the museum and information section a bit of a challenge. It is a very well visited establishment so that can’t be helped. The store/gift shop is almost an entire mall in of itself. They have soooo many things! The gravity bar at the top is a must see! Absolutely stunning. I loved growing Dublin from that view! I was able to try Guinness for the first time and gain such an appreciation for the beer. I’d recommend getting tickets in advance.

This is a fun experience and worth the ticket price. Most of our group didn't drink Guinness but they all enjoyed the history. It was a bit crowded and I definitely would recommend making reservations ahead of time. The Gravity Bar where you get your free pint at the end was a neat spot but getting a table to sit and enjoy your pint can be a challenge. The views are pretty great.

It’s within walking distance to the town centre.

An absolute must-do when visiting Dublin. Every part of this adventure is worthwhile and memorable. The building itself is on such a massive scale that it is awe inspiring. The design is also incredible; from the shape and sight lines of the central tower, to the layout of the visitor walkways. There is so much to see and the experience covers multiple angles of inquiry. You will learn about the ingredients and the economic scale of the product, the history of the Guinness family’s impact on Dublin and the world, the industries of producing, packaging, and transporting the black stuff, and honestly so much more. The tour is highly interactive and there is a fantastic level dedicated to old advertising that I particularly loved. You will also get the chance to enjoy a perfect pint in one of the many great bars. This is one of the best tours to take in Dublin and is loved by locals ad well as visitors. I spent about four hours here so do plan to get there early and take the time to enjoy it.

It is possible to stand in line without but people with ticket have first call.We spend a half day in there with all from beer tasting and history of the making of the beer. There is a huge shop in the end and make sure to look up when you come inside! On the top of the building are two round bar where you can pick up a free beer of your choose with your entrance ticket. You can enjoy the beer at the same time take in Dublin's 360° city view.If you are getting there in time you can enjoy live dance and music and buy yourself one more beer to enjoy the all in Ireland vibe.

If you love beer especially Guinness, then I highly recommend to visit this place and get a tour. You learn on how it is made with a free taste. You learn the history with the years of advertising their beer. Be prepared lots of steps but they do have a lift. You can buy their products for souveniors. You can get a drink at the gravity bar with an amazing view of this beautiful city. I also recommend getting your picture on your beer. Kind of cool. It is worth it. Enjoy!

The allure of the Guinness Storehouse may not live up to the hype, especially considering the substantial entry fee. A rather brusque welcome at the entrance set a less than ideal tone for the visit. Those seeking the authentic brewing element may be left wanting, as the tour favours digital interaction over the traditional brewery experience. The highlight, however, is the skyline from the rooftop bar, which somewhat redeems the overall experience. True beer enthusiasts may find the tour leans too heavily on marketing, lacking the genuine brewery insight one might expect.

You are in Ireland, so you should add this place to your list of places to visit. You don’t necessarily need a guide, you can do a self guided tour. You get to experience everything in beer making process and it is visually and sensory stimulating. My favourite part was the aroma isolation room. Staff are helpful and kind.I personally do not like beer but I am open to experience and stepping out of my comfort zone. I did try the beer in small portion, it did taste great, buttery and perfect temperature. You ca get a tasting samples for a fee. There is a restaurant there, and a snack bar. I’m a foodie and I love trying different foods. I liked the Guinness kettle chips, the Guinness chocolate mousse, I was told that they serve a very good Irish stew here, so I had to try it, I loved it. It was saucy, thick and comforting. My all time favourite was, Guinness chocolate mousse. If you are a dessert lover don’t skip on this. I recommend that you buy your tickets in advance for a better experience.

I visited the Guinness Storehouse again after 9 years and I can say that I was very positively surprised. The visit became more interactive and exciting. We are welcomed by a guide who explains the floors of the building and we are immediately curious to know everything. The explanation of the creation process is very good and immersive, the testing is very interesting and there are several extra activities that we can do. The ticket price perfectly justifies the experience. The store is huge and very complete, but I would say that the highlight of the visit is the pint at the bar, which has a view that leaves us speechless. An unmissable and fabulous visit!

This was a great experience there is a lot to see and learn here. I did the guided tasting and it was worth every penny, we got to sample different types of Guinness and learn how to pour the perfect pint at the end of the tour. The gift shop was full of really interesting and unique items that made wonderful gifts. I would strongly recommend that you book your tour in advance spots in the guided tour go fast. At the end of the tour you get a voucher for a free pint of Guinness on the roof of the building, there are some people who don’t drink Guinness so they may offer you the voucher for the free drink. The views from the top of the storehouse are amazing you can see a lot from there on a clear day.

Overall, this was a well-designed, but crowded experience at the Guinness Storehouse. While there were many positives, there were also a few drawbacks worth noting. The tour itself is impressively designed, clearly built to handle a large number of visitors without feeling overly cramped. The self-guided exhibits were engaging, and it's evident that a lot of thought went into creating an experience that stays true to the Guinness brand. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. One of the standout moments was the White Room, where we learned how to properly appreciate a Guinness. This part of the tour felt particularly special and educational, offering a deeper connection to the drink beyond just its history. However, the biggest downside was the crowd. Even on a Thursday morning, the place was packed, making it difficult to fully enjoy some of the exhibits. By the time we reached the 7th-floor bar/lounge area, finding a seat was nearly impossible, which was a bit disappointing given the anticipation of enjoying a pint with a view.Overall, while the experience is well-crafted and offers a lot to see and do, it did feel a bit mass-produced at times. It's a must-see for Guinness fans and those interested in Dublin’s brewing history, but be prepared for the crowds and potentially limited seating in the lounge.

Absolutely loved our experience here at the Guinness storehouse, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the exhibition. Lots of history to learn and interactive art to explore. Absolute MUST DO for any visitor to Dublin! What a fantastic experience! We bought our tickets in advance but arrived early and were allowed in which was really great since it began to rain. Tickets also can be purchased at the door if you wish to go spur of the moment. Never felt rushed, took us about 2.5 hours including the pint up top in the bar. Incredibly put together, fun experience to tell the history and brewing process. The advertising section was fun with lots of photo ops. We paid extra to get our selfie lasted into the foam of our first pint..super fun to see! The section we got to have a taster with the guides was really informative...learning what to smell and taste in each pint.Definitely a highlight of our Dublin trip!

On our first trip to Dublin we wanted to include a visit to the original home of Guinness. We booked on-line and were soon waiting in a short queue to enter the premises. We were a little apprehensive given the many tour buses and horse drawn carriages waiting just outside.Anyway we were lead to the main shop area where we were given a short explanation of the way forward. We had chosen to take the self guided tour and so started to walk slowly up and around the 7 floors of this iconic building. There are many interactive exhibits describing how Guinness is made and then marketed throughout the ages. The film in one of the rooms wasn't that interesting to be honest. There included a short tasting in mini glasses before we finally climbed up to the large and busy Gravity Bar at the top of the building. Here you have 360° views over the city whilst you enjoy the famous pint (or two). On the day we were there, it was late afternoon and very full - difficult to find anywhere to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere and views. But never mind. All good!

The Guinness storehouse is a must bucket list place to visit! We were totally blown away with all the details, information and visual artifacts on the tour!👌☘️I was wondering what it was going to be in here? But was pleasantly surprised! So much to view and information to take in, it was kind of overwhelming and fascinating!I loved the visual waterfall that they produced👌 shapes of GuinnessGlasses, The Irish Harp symbol, and their pure water in display, dropping from the ceiling. It was so quick and clear, but hard to get a good picture of it all. Also loved the wheat growing in the field section, the colour changes in use wheat and ceiling👌😱 beautiful!I was also fascinated with the information of how the Coopers made all the barrels, to hold all the Guinness made.As a Carpenter myself, had great respect for how hard this job would of been! All done by hand, shaping all this Oak, at great speeds, with only the eye of the tradesman, perfecting the pieces to make the barrels👏👏👏Information to how they made the Guinness finished product in visuals, was brilliant, learnt so much today. Then onto the taste testing room, where they done a presentation and we all had a tiny glass of Guinness😋Finally, up to the Gravity bar🥳🥳 where we had a free pint of the black stuff, a beautiful pint of Guinness each😋We managed to share a take and seats with a lovely group of Americans. We enjoyed our Guinness and the view of the Dublin City landscape, truly fantastic!Thank you to all at the Guinness factory.💚☘️

This was the highlight of our trip! The entire tour was incredible. I did this back in 2018, but I don't remember it being this well executed. The experience felt like an art exhibit, engaging all five senses in the best possible way.Every staff member was friendly and eager to assist. We grabbed a Posh Dog from the stand just outside the showroom, and it was delicious. The show they put on was the coolest thing I saw in Dublin. The musicians were exceptionally talented, and the dancers were absolutely mesmerizing. I didn’t expect such a performance, but they tied in Irish culture so beautifully—it elevated the entire experience to an 11/10.This is far from your typical brewery tour. I truly believe that anyone visiting Dublin needs to do this! Two notable aspects: It was difficult to find a table in the Gravity Bar, and getting an elevator going down was a challenge if you weren’t on levels 5 or 7. We were on level 4 and trying to go back down to level 3, which turned out to be harder than expected. - Just keep that in mind.

One of the best and fun breweries I’ve been too so far in both Europa and North America. Lots to see and do and a lot of fun. Take a journey on this self guided tour, learn the history from making the casks (barrels) to the Guinness family history, to obviously the process of the hops, barley, waterfall water (90%), and yeast combined to make one of the greatest beers in the world 🌍 🍺 . Enjoy the taste tester tour within the brewery. Explore the 6 floors of the and finish off with a pint of any Guinness of your choice. Learn how to properly drink and pour the beer as well… a lot of interactive stations. It is family friendly but under 18 years and you can’t drink as per the law of Ireland 🇮🇪…. Cheers to beers 🍻

I can't believe how awful this attraction was! I went in expecting an amazing experience, especially since so many people—including locals—recommended it. But WOW, was I wrong. This place is nothing more than a total tourist TRAP! It’s supposed to be Dublin’s iconic attraction, like the Eiffel Tower in Paris, but what a joke. The price was an absolute rip-off for what you get—ZERO real information about the history of the beer.If you're serious about learning anything, skip this disaster and go to a real distillery elsewhere in Dublin! To top it off, after shelling out for the overpriced entrance fee, we were "rewarded" with a so-called "free" Guinness, but surprise surprise, there were no seats left, so we had to stand in a crammed, overcrowded bar. Oh, and don’t think for a second that Guinness was free—you already paid a fortune for it in the ticket price! Total waste of time and money. AVOID at all costs!

A great experience where you learn, breath, taste and drink Guinness. There is also an amazing gift shop with decent prices and an amazing view of Dublin city waiting at the top. Definitely recommend.Learning the history and the process of making Guinness, the viral ad campaigns and how Guinness holding the copyright for the original harp made the Irish government use a mirror image of the harp as the national emblem was amazing. You get to choose from one of 6 Guinness types as your drink. The gift shop has tons of clothing, chocolates, toffees, collectibles, magnets and more. They also have a cafe inside.Price is variable depending on time (peak times and holidays higher) averaging usually around €30.

On the surface, seemed bit silly to pay €26 for a pint and be subjected to a marketing campaign.Well precisely because they're such masters of marketing, they managed to provide couple of hours of entertainment via well thoughtout and engaging audio-visual displays.Perhaps I'd have felt differently had I not been able to grab a seat to enjoyed that perfectly poured pint while soaking in the Dublin skyline from their Gravity Bar.

This was our first visit to Ireland, so it was a given we must visit the Guinness Storehouse. We booked our tour (Guinness Storehouse Experience Only) for a Wednesday at 16:30hrs at a cost of €56 per person for a self-guided tour. There are more expensive tours available, offering a little different experiences. We arrived just after 16:00hrs, and it was self-evident it was very busy so we had a walk around to take some photos before returning just before our entry time.We showed our QR codes to gain entry and joined a queue inside before we were escorted into the first part of the tour. A guide explained a little bit of history in the gift shop, and we were then set free to explore the seven floors. Each floor has a different theme with various forms of information and attractions. Some better than others. The final part of the tour is a visit to the Gravity Bar for a pint of Guinness (other drinks are available). Amazing views of Dublin in an extremely crowded bar. After drinking our first ever Guinness, it was time to leave, paying a visit to the gift shop on our way out.In summary, we are glad we visited. However, we felt it wasn't good value for money and way too busy for it to be enjoyable experience.

The Storehouse was a shockingly cool experience. I figured it would be interesting, but I did not expect the scale of the place and the level of polish. Plus, it's a self guided tour through the different floors, which some have said felt lazy, but I personally much, much prefer being able to move at my own pace through an experience like this than being kept to a slow-moving group. All in all, it's a must.

The basic tour gets three stars… we upgraded to the connoisseur experience and that took it to up to 5 stars for me. You get to try an ipa (type of beer varies according to season) and three versions of guineas, plus… you get to pour your own pint of Guinness that you can enjoy waking around, and you still have three free beer at the top bar that comes with the basic tour. So, two full pints, and four half pints, plus a nice and intimate experience in a private room. Loved it. Highly recommended

Great experience and I’ve done plenty of brewery tours (Budweiser, Coors, etc) and ever worked at Coors brewery.. this was by far the best family friendly experience tour I’ve been on for major brands. My non-beer drinking wife and mom loved it, and my 1yr old baby loved it based on her reactions throughout the self paced tour. Stroller friendly, and you get to skip the entry line too with a stroller. Experience is great, ends with a pint or soft drink, and the gift shop has everything you need to remember your time. Golf peeps they have something for us in the shop.

I liked the idea of doing the self guided tour, so we could go through at our own pace - but there is sooo much to see and learn here! I was blown away at the sheer magnitude of the operation, of the tour and learning the history of Guinness. There was a nice mix of interactive learning, reading, and visuals throughout - super engaging if you wanted it to be. I'd say if you enjoy beer, the price is well worth it plus a free Guinness at the top was the cherry on top at the end. It's a shame it was so crowded it was difficult to find seating, but I suppose that's just a sign of great business! A recommended experience to enjoy if you are visiting Dublin, just book your tickets in advance even if on the day of.

Nice place to visit to get to know about how Guinness is made and the story behind it. Quite a lot of things to see and a very enjoyable experience.Note : You need to have a valid physical identification (ID card) to get your complimentary Guinness at the end of the visit, if not you’ll just receive a complimentary soft drink
